Sorry for the extremely picture heavy post, I did take loads of photos on my own camera but compared to these ones they are rubbish! I hope you like all the candid shots of me - I genuinely don't have a clue how to pull a decent face in public. Woe is me! I should probably be cringing quite hard right now.
As you have probably seen on a few blogs already, Witch Skincare hosted a 'life balance' event on Saturday in London. The aim of the day was to fill out your name badge with three 'innocent virtues' and the same number of 'guilty pleasures' till you were balanced. There was so much to do - play poker, get your palm read, draw/write on the graffiti wall, have a massage, get your nails and makeup done, decorate cookies, play the Wii, drink lots of champagne and eat lots of sweets, popcorn, cupcakes, wraps, pizza and chocolate fondue! Full (but happy) tummy alert!
At the end we were treated to a 'how to' on burlesque by the beautiful Kittie Klaw. I planned to get home three hours earlier than I did but I'm glad I stayed till the end! It was so nice to have met so many bloggers, and see a few familiar faces again, including Onna who made it possible for me to go, so big smooches to her. Oh and thanks to Abby for spilling champagne all over me! I think our next meet up will have to be at Alcoholics Anonymous..
This post is really just to say a big thank you to those at Witch for hosting the event and spoiling us so much. I hope I speak for everyone when I say it was such a fun afternoon, and you looked after us all so well. The only downer on the whole day was that I didn't get to spend my vouchers in American Apparel because they had no sizes, and I must have caught a cold on the tube as now I have a horrible cough and a blocked nose. Boo!
PS. Reviews of goodies to come.. have already tried a few and am pleased so far!
