weekend wishlist #029

1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Out of all the colours in the rainbow, I seem to wear blue and yellow the least. I mentioned I was after the 'perfect blue jeans' and am still having trouble finding some. I bought 4 pairs from Primark yesterday and none of them were any good. The best ones were a nice colour but they were just too thin and made my legs look like sausages! I have a bunch of watched items on eBay right now so here's hoping I get some that I actually like!

I tried the scallop shirt on a few weeks ago and really liked it, I just wish it was a little bit longer. They have the other colours in the tall section but I really want the yellow! It looked lovely and summery with the jeans I tried on too (colour wise, they were too low-rise though). So yeah I'm a bit undecided on whether to wait or not! Is it just me or is sizing in shops way off lately?

  2. Nice selection, I can't wear yellow sadly, doesn't go with my skin tone AT ALL. Really love the top two outfits, both jeans and tops are gorge.
Hope you manage to find some perfect jeans and soon lady!

  4. I also bought jeans from Primark yesterday - pink ones. Which ones do you have? I was actually surprised, because mine are fitting really well and to find nice trousers (of any kind) for me is major hard (I'm barely 5'2").

  5. Cant stand sizing in shops! I find I need a size 8 to fit my waist but a size 12 to 14 to fit my breast, just does not make sense! I also hate lengths, I don't know why clothes are coming up so short recently.
I really like the blue trousers, they'll be lovely with brown wedges!

  6. I'm surprised you don't wear yellow as much. I feel like it would be a really good color with our skin tone and hair. I love the first floral top, it's a pretty one for summer.

  11. I'm loving sleeveless shirts at the moment. I know what you mean about the lengths those, that last lace one is beautiful but it'd be way too short for me and they never do the nicest ones in the tall section!

  17. All these are so pretty - I never have the right tops to go with my skirts so I think I need to go on a shopping hunt.

I also don't wear yellow that much, though I love blue, and they look great together!

  18. I love the old fashioned lace detailing on the yellow Peter Pan collared top :) My favourite by far! The prices in Topshop are ridiculous though.

  20. Sizing shops are definitely way off! I'm normally a Medium, but now I have to return three items because Mediums are now too small for me. I can't believe I have to resort to Larges. First time ever.

  21. So many pretty blouses! Yellow's a colour I wear a lot but I've never had a cute yellow blouse, I always seem to go for crazy bright yellows.
