This is a shamefully late post about something I've been doing for a while. I think it was back in June (I know!) that I became an ambassador for Sarenza which means I get to road test the customer service, ease of the website, delivery and of course the shoes themselves.
These are a selection of the choices I have made over the summer (can't wait for a chance to wear all the boots as it's so hot right now!) and I've also ordered on behalf of my family and boyfriend who were thrilled with their gifts. My mum received some Birkenstocks to add to her ever growing collection, my dad got some desert boots and I chose some trusty Vans for my boyfriend. Needless to say they have all been loved to the point of unsightliness from so much wear already!
I must say the customer service is fantastic. You are given a tracking code and the parcels arrive in perfect condition, even when my fed up delivery man had to get three huge boxes from his van at once for me (I was really indecisive for ages then just decided to order everything I'd bookmarked!) everything arrived beautifully.
The returns are easy peasy too, you get 100 days (one hundred!!) to return or exchange your items and you can pop to your local Collect+ store instead of queueing up in the post office!
I'm seriously spoilt for choice every time I visit the website. My favourite brands at the moment would have to be Dr Martens, Carvela, Emma Go (best name!) and Clarks. There are so many more great brands too, I dare you to take a look and not want to buy everything!

I love when companies offer great customer service, if it's bad, then there is no point in going back, even if they have a great product.
