A little different from my usual random picture posts, as all these have been altered with instagram. If you've not heard of it, it's an app you can get on the iPhone, and I think it's a shame that you can't get it on all phones really. It's pretty addictive and kills time well! Then again that might just be me, as I'm also really into foursquare too!
Tuesday: press days with Lily and Kate. Had a Nando's lunch which we regretted after seeing this article the next day ! Spotted these new Coca-Cola lipsmackers which aren't like the usual £1 ones, curious! Loved the pretty London Christmas lights and got lots of goodies.
Wednesday: my birthday! Did my nails in the car after shopping, on the way to Miller & Carter in the evening for a meal. Shared a starter platter with my boyfriend which was amazing, as was my main (St. Louis ribs, chips and slaw!). Celebrated with a strawberry daiquiri along with a concoction of other drinks.
Thursday: got dragged out to Frankie and Benny's on a double date for even more food. I didn't think I was that hungry but I managed to polish off three courses which totally made me fall in love with the place again. Definitely recommend the mushroom alfredo crostini, chicken carbonara calzone and the 'Godfather'! Seriously. So good.
Friday: had a lazy day with my pooch and photographed a load of products ready for review posts. May take a while! Swooned over new shoes (and even more so, the box!) and had a huge bubble bath. Bliss!
Saturday: felt really ill so had my boyfriend look after me. TLC included a festive pie and watching X Factor and I'm a Celeb.. - so glad Dougie won! To the point of screaming 'YAY!' at the TV and weirding my other half out.
Sunday: had work all day and treated myself to a hazelnut hot chocolate and the Starbucks guy forgot to charge me for my panini so that meant I got a free lunch! Silver lining and all that.
How was everyone's week? Who do you think will go out of the X Factor? I have a feeling it might be Marcus though I love him.. wish Mischa B would just go away now though! Totally looking forward to drooling over Queen B later too!

ReplyDeleteThis is my kind of app, but sadly, like you said it doesn't come for other phones like Blackberry. However this has swayed me towards buying an iphone :). I love how it makes candid pictures look interesting. The nandos looks delicious, I may need to pop in some time. xxx

I like your post, instagram is one of my favorite apps ever, my camera is not very good, I use iphone talking pictures and i use instagram to edit pictures for my blog everyday.

whenever you have a picture post like this one, i instantly get jealous of the fact you have an iphone. as much as i love my blackberry, i kind of wish i'd picked an iphone for my new phone in september! ah well though. it sounds like you've had a great week! i'm very jealous of all the great food you've had. i could really do with going out for a meal sometime soon. hope this week is as good as last weeks!
