I've had a pair of standard hot pink Tweezerman tweezers for maybe 2 or 3 years. I dropped them too many times on my wooden floor though and they no longer grasped the hairs as brilliantly as before, so I asked for a new pair for Christmas. Then I came across this little set on ASOS and my heart decided these were the ones for me. You get a petite size slant tweezer and also a 'splinter tweezer' which is a pointy one.
I love how cute and girly these are and obviously how well they actually work as hair removal tools. Sure you can buy a normal pair of tweezers for a few pounds but these grip so well and there's a reason they are so popular! Even though I've never bought myself any I definitely would if it wasn't a Christmas/birthday. I have to be careful to not get too tweezer happy because I like using them so much!
Have you ever tried Tweezerman tweezers? How do you rate them? If not, would you want to?

I've heard so many good things about Tweezerman, haven't tried them myself, but these are so cute!

I need some good tweezers! Do they hurt?

I've got my eye on the Betsy Johnson Bones ones! Can't wait to try them out, everyone rates them so highly! These ones are so pretty too! Love the glitter!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried Tweezerman because they're pretty expensive. Are the mini tweezers easy to use? xxx
ReplyDeleteI'm going to buy them purely for the glitter element!

These are so adorable and sparkly, and it is good to know that they come in a set like this! I've been wanting to try them for ages, but have not quite yet managed to justify the expense!
ReplyDeleteThese are super cute!

I would love to try them one day - i've heard so many good things! Those are exceptionally girly! he he!

This brand's always been a little too expensive for me, but these are so pink and glittery I don't think I can resist any longer!

I have some tweezerman's too, they are SO good, these are so cute with the glitter on!

Really want to try the tweezermans, they are a tad expensive though but they look so cute! xx
ReplyDeleteI won a pair of Tweezermans and had always been skeptical before, OMG they are worth every penny though! I think mine need sharpening, so must look into how to get them done, as apparently you get free sharpening for life; though I might negate that as I won mine and don't have a receipt. Either way, they are amazing and come in the best designs x
ReplyDeleteI recently bought some mini pink ones, they were my first pair of tweezermans and I don't know how I ever did without them, was so impressed. These are so pretty though, like the glitter on them!

These are so cute! Unfortunately though I don't even pluck my eyebrows as they're so fair you can't even see them!

I definitely want to get a pair of Tweezermans! I love these ones, so girlie! x
ReplyDeleteI've actually had the perfect tweezers by some brand called "Manicare" -- they've lasted me years, and while I've bought new tweezers just to have "fresh" ones, I always resort to my trusty old pair!

They are so sweet! I've never actually seen any 'pretty' tweezers before, what a fab idea! x
ReplyDeleteI begrudgingly forked out £14 for a pair of hot pink Tweezerman tweezers in John Lewis about five years ago. I'd been recommended them by a friend but I couldn't really believe that I wasn't going to regret paying that hefty price tag. Years later, I'm still using the same pair and absolutely adore them - everyone in my family (and my boyfriend!) love to steal them because, let's face it, no-one else's hold a candle to them. Absolutely think they're worth the money, especially since they last years. Thinking of getting one of the mini pairs to keep in my handbag, just in case. Love the lilac-coloured ones x

Itching to get a pair of Tweezerman tweezers. Have heard such good things about them!
ReplyDeleteThese are the cutest Tweezermans I've ever seen. My mum has a black one and I keep borrowing it!
ReplyDeleteI really want to try Tweezermans, but have never got round to buying them! These are extremely cute though :)

Aw those are super pretty! Couldn't afford ones like that at the moment so I might paint my current tweezers glittery with glitter nail polish haha! x

Pink and glittery I want em now! Who cares if they work or not they look awesome! xx
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous, I really need to get some good quality tweezers..
ReplyDeletehttp://thatismystyle-styleguru.blogspot.com
Tweezerman are the only tweezers I use, I've had the smae pink pair for years and when they need sharpened you just send them away and they do it for free. :]

Love love love Tweezerman. I have the mini pale pink ones and they are fab. But same as you keep dropping them and they are slowly loosing their grip! Not to mention being ridiculously expensive over here in Oz! x
ReplyDeleteAh you went for the pink in the end! Pink is always best xx
ReplyDeleteMaybe I need to buy these just to get my tweezering over and done with and out of the way - hurts so much! They are pretty though and the case would hopefully stop me losing mine all the time.

So glad you shared this gift you received darling, such a lovely set. Never used Tweezerman before just a bog standard set of silver tweezers but me thinks I must try them!

I really want some Tweezerman's these are gorge! x
ReplyDeleteAlthough they are expensive, they are definitely worth the money. I've had mine for 5-6 years and they are just starting to lose their grip slightly, but I think are still better than standard ones. I'll definitely buy them again!
ReplyDeleteThese are really pretty. I've heard so many good things about Tweezerman but I just can't bring myself to spend so much on a pair of tweezers!

I have a Tweezerman tweezer, and it worked really well towards the beginning, and eventually lost their original grip. Still, they're the best ones I ever used!
ReplyDeleteThese tweezers are so cute. Pink + glitter = instant win!

These are adorable! My mum has tweezerman's and I use them when I can as they are so much sharper and easier to grip the hair. Love the pink sparkles too!
ReplyDeletejennyslittleboxofgems.blogspot.com xx
so need to go out and get these now!
ReplyDeleteamourette
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! Very expensive though for a pair of tweezers! I just end up stealing my mums ;-) xx
ReplyDeleteThey look amazing! So pretty! Ive already got a pink pair otherwise I would be getting these straight away... but then, is it bad that I still want to get them lol? x
ReplyDeleteEh, does anyone even use other tweezers than these nowadays? I have to admit that if I didn't have the pink ones, I would probably go for these as they are just too cute!

I'm always on the fence about whether or not to pluck my own eyebrows when my bank account is looking a little sorry for itself because I just love getting mine waxed! I would definitely consider some tweezermans though and they would definitely save me money on waxes if I like them! These are so pretty and girly as well which doesn't hurt!
ReplyDeletewishfulsinfulyou.blogspot.com
Emma. This looks good...thanks for the photos...
ReplyDeleteI've never used them before, maybe that explains why my eyebrow hairs seem to appear again very quickly....
ReplyDeletePerhaps i best invest in some! Plus they're pink and glittery so it would be rude not to.

They're so girly and pretty! Definitely want to purchase some of these soon, they're so sparkly :)
ReplyDeletelauradreamsanddresses.blogspot.com
awww, they are so cute! I have wanted to invest in these but it seems a lot to spend on tweezers even though they are great quality! Maybe now i'll cave in and get them...
ReplyDeleteI have yet to buy any but they are SO on my to-buy list! I have quite unruly brows so need all the help I can get. My usual tweezers are the own brand ones from superdrug but they don't catch the hairs that well.
