I thought I would wait till this lipstick was on sale to everyone (I got a presale code in an email last week) instead of teasing you when you couldn't get it! I remember when I made one of my first MAC splurges back in 2010 when I bought the Pink Friday and Viva Glam Gaga lipsticks. Still to this day I get excited when there is any kind of limited edition collection or product and usually buy it. This lipstick looked like such a nice colour and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! Now that I have it though, I'm not so sure about it. I do love it, but it looks completely different on my hands and on the bullet compared to how it translates onto my lips. This could be something to do with my natural lip colour so next time I'm going to tone it down first with a pale lipstick and go from there. You can see how pink it looks on me in my last post, I know it is described as a bright pink with a yellow undertone but it did seem very coral-pink to me rather than just pink till I applied it. It's not going to stop me persisting though! 100% of the money from MAC Viva Glam products goes towards the MAC AIDS fund which is a really great cause I think, so even if I don't get too much use out of this I won't feel bad about it! What do you think of Viva Glam Nicki? Will you be buying it?
