Japanese Maple is described as a 'frosted light beige' and is part of the new Cremesheen + Pearl collection by MAC. All (permanent!) lipsticks in the collection are cremesheen formula - who'd have thought - with infused crushed pearl for a high shine finish. I really don't find these lipsticks frosty in the slightest, more of a glossy, healthy finish. I guess the reflective particles from the pearl could be mistaken for frostiness but personally I find it minimal, and considering I'm not a fan of frost finish lipsticks in the slightest I would highly recommend one of these babies! I wouldn't say this shade is my favourite of the four that I purchased (posted about Sunny Seoul already but more to come!) but I do really like it. It's a great every day colour and applies like a dream for a nude and has good coverage. Thumbs up!
What do you think of this lipstick? Have you tried anything from the Cremesheen + Pearl collection?
