This might just be the most luxe nail polish I will ever speak about. At a Space.NK event a few weeks back there was a manicure counter and I was immediately drawn in to all the beautiful colours, but what got my attention the most was this glorious Gold Leaf top coat. Everyone was practically gasping over it! For £35 it does seem like a really elaborate buy, and I suppose it is. But at the same time it would make the loveliest present ever, look at the packaging! Add that to the fact that it will probably last you forever as it is packed with flakes and you only need a few for each nail.
I didn't experience ANY flaking of the gold leaf which I thought would happen so I'm pleasantly surprised. Obviously it's a top coat so the clear polish will seal it, I just didn't expect the product to stay so adhered to the nail. Then again I wear false nails to avoid chipping anyway, so if anyone's had any other experiences let me know in the comments! What do you think of this polish? Have you ever used any Rococo nail products?

omg amazing! if only i could afford the price tag! :)

Your nails look pretty! If it's real gold then I suppose that 35 pounds is cheap. I personally would wear this occasionally to make sure it lasts.
ReplyDeleteThat looks gorgeous! x
ReplyDeleteI'd love to get this but it's a bit out of my price range, unfortunately. The gold looks lovely against the pale blue!
