A weekly head-to-toe exfoliation session is something I both love and hate in equal measure. I haven't had a proper holiday for almost three years so I feel as if I look deathly ill without a good layer of fake tan, but in order to keep the faux glow looking its best it's vital to have freshly scrubbed skin before applying the brown stuff. Enter Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush.
Consisting of brown sugar, lime, almond oil and macadamia grains, this scrub erupts a sweet, citrus scent as soon as you remove the lid. The oil can separate and come to the top so I always find it's best to mix the pot around before using the product. It's thick and gritty without being painful, but is an effective way of shifting any old, dead cells leaving your skin feeling fresh and looking bright. I'm not particularly fond of the smell, but it's not terribly unpleasant and the product itself does the job well so I can't complain. I think the price point is reasonable- the pot is fairly big and lasts a good while (I use it around once a week when my tan starts to give way and go patchy), plus Boots more often than not have offers on for Soap & Glory products.. I think they're actually on a 3 for 2 deal at the moment (just in time for Mother's Day!).
Have you tried this body scrub or any others in the range? Are you a fan of Soap & Glory?
